Recall band vocalist

THE origination of Bangladeshi rock music began around the 1960s or 1970s in Chittagong. It was inaugurated by bands like Zinga and Souls which initially made the youth taste the flavour of rock music. With progress in time, more bands have started to set out in their musical journey to further enhance Bangla rock music as well as to come up with more soulful tracks.

A band of such genre named ‘Recall’ started its journey in 2007 in Dhaka which consisted of four school friends: Meraz Mohsin in vocal and guitar, Pavel Areen in drums, Mashfik Rahman as another vocalist and guitarist and Rizvi Audit in guitar. The band was later joined by Tanvir Tori as a guitarist after the release of the song ‘Ami Ekhono’ and the band expanded to what we call Recall now. The year 2008 was a turning point for the band when it released ‘Etota Bhalobashi’ which gained popularity among the target audience.

The band is trying to make a major comeback due to the dissolution made e Lrb bangla.
